What to send
- Corrections. A guide's step no longer matches what you see? Tell us the guide URL and which step changed — this is the most valuable mail we get.
- Guide requests. A provider, data broker, or platform we haven't covered yet.
- Questions. Stuck mid-deletion or mid-opt-out? Include the provider and the screen you're on. We can't act on your behalf, but we can usually point you to the right step.
- Business. Advertising or partnership inquiries — note that sponsors never influence what guides recommend.
One thing we can't do
We can't delete accounts, recover accounts, or remove data-broker listings for you — no outside party can do that without your credentials, and you should never share those. Our guides show you how to do it yourself, free.
