Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 6, 2026

RemoveMail.com is a static collection of guides about deleting email accounts, stopping spam, and removing your email address from the web. This policy explains, in plain terms, what data is and is not involved when you read this site.

The short version

We do not run accounts, logins, newsletters, comment sections, or contact forms. We do not ask you for your name or email, and we do not build a profile of you. The only data handling that occurs comes from ordinary web hosting and from the third-party advertising described below.

Information we collect ourselves

None directly. There is nothing on this site to sign up for and no form to submit, so we do not gather personal information such as your name, email address, or payment details. We do not set our own tracking cookies and we do not use our own analytics scripts to follow you across pages.

Server access logs

Like almost every website, the servers that host removemail.com may automatically record standard access-log information when a page is requested. This can include your IP address, browser type and version (the "user agent"), the page requested, and the date and time. These logs are a routine part of operating and securing a web server — they help diagnose errors and detect abuse — and are handled by our hosting provider. They are not used by us to identify you personally or to build an advertising profile.

Advertising and cookies

This site may display advertising served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies and similar identifiers to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites, and to measure ad performance. This means that while we do not track you, Google's advertising cookies may be set in your browser when ads are shown.

Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and elsewhere on the internet. The data these cookies collect is governed by Google's own privacy and advertising policies, not ours.

How to control or opt out of personalized ads

You can turn off personalized advertising from Google at any time. Visit your Google Ads Settings page (search for "Google Ads Settings", at myadcenter.google.com) and switch off personalized ads for your Google account. To opt out of personalized advertising from many participating vendors at once, use the industry opt-out tools at optout.aboutads.info and youronlinechoices.eu. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use your browser's private/incognito mode. Opting out does not remove ads entirely; it means the ads you see will be less tailored to you.

Outbound links and third parties

Our guides describe processes on other companies' websites and sometimes name their settings pages. Where we mention an external address, we generally write it as plain text rather than a clickable link. If you do visit a third-party site, its own privacy policy applies once you leave removemail.com. We are independent and not affiliated with the email providers, platforms, or data brokers we write about, and any product names or trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Children

This site is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children. Because we collect no personal information ourselves, we do not knowingly gather data from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if the site changes — for example, if the advertising setup changes. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
