How to Stop Quora Emails
Quora's digest is one of the most frequent emails many inboxes receive. The good news is that every part of it is optional, controlled in two places:

Where Quora email settings live
Quora keeps notification controls in your account settings under a section usually called Notifications or Emails and notifications. Inside, categories such as the Quora Digest, answers to questions you follow, upvotes, new followers, and direct messages each have their own checkbox — and crucially, a separate column for Email versus in-app or push. You want to clear the entire Email column. Because there are so many rows, Quora also provides a single Unsubscribe from all link to switch the whole column off at once.

Uncheck every box in the Email column — the Quora Digest and recommended-content rows are the noisy ones. Leave in-app or push checked if you still want those.

Quora saves changes as you make them. Reload the page to confirm the Email boxes stayed unchecked.
Use the unsubscribe-from-all option

What you can't turn off
A short list of emails is treated as essential and has no off switch:
- Security alerts — sign-in verification, new-device notices, and password changes.
- Account confirmations — email-address changes and account-recovery messages.
- Legal and policy notices — required updates to terms or privacy policy.
These are triggered only by real account events, so they're infrequent. Ending them entirely means deleting the account.
Filter fallback for stragglers
If an email survives your settings, stop it at the inbox. Build a filter in Gmail, Outlook, or Apple Mail that matches Quora's sending address and sends it to a folder or straight to Trash.
